Exchange Policy

 Before placing an order please ensure that the     correct items and sizes are selected. Please view our size chart attached to each item to ensure this is done.

Items may be returned within a reasonable time frame of 5 days. There will be NO EXCHANGES on sale items, toys, costumes, hair accessories. No exchanges on Christmas Items. ALL items being exchanged MUST be in their original, resalable state, in the original packaging with all tags and accompanied by proof of receipt. Management will in no way be held accountable for used and/or damaged items. 

To start a return, you can contact us at or WhatsApp us on 8687176960. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you further information on how to initiate the return. As this is an online store, we do not have a physical storefront where returns can be brought to, therefore your item to be exchanged must be shipped to us and once received and in original condition, the exchange will be shipped to you. The cost for the return and the delivery of the new items will be solely that of the customer.

If the reason for the return was a fault of ours (wrong item/size sent etc) the return shipping cost will be waived. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Currently we do not offer cash refunds, however items can be exchanged for similar items of the same value.
